Upcycled Original Church Bench Seat in Cambridge, Gloucestershire for sale

An Upcycled genuine Church Bench for sale - perfect for a shabby chic & vintage dining look. Or a good chair to use in a hallway. £125 - includes the bench and two bespoke fitted designer fabric cushions made especially for the bench. ONA I bought this church bench from an auction house which was clearing out a church that had been closed in Hackney, London. It was then hand-painted in genuine Farrow & Ball Strong White - to give the bench an off-white appearance. An upholsterer made a base cushion to fit with the bench. This makes it really comfortable to sit on. The fabric for the bench sit is a beautiful velvet from Designer's Guild. There is also a second identical cushion that has barely been used that acts as a spare and is made from the same fabric. Condition - the paint work is chipped - some was done by the lady who did it up deliberately to create the shabby chic look and others now come from ware and tear. It looks very stylish and vintage. The fabric on the seat - there are a few marks in the cushion we have used most and almost none on the spare. All these are very difficult to see and I have steam cleaned the cushion cover.
