This is a used Radeon HD 4890 graphics card in excellent condition: owned from new and never had any problems with it. You can google for the specs, but it has 1GB GDDR5 memory, a 950MHz clock, 2 DVI ports, and requires a PCI-e 2.0 slot and two 6-pin power connectors. Comes with the original box, but no other accessories. I can provide a link to the software/drivers online. If you particularly need a crossfire or other cable, let me know and I'll have another look. Not used for mining, overclocking etc. (but overclocks extremely well), just desktop and some gaming use.
